At Hojajullah Jalal Foundation, we are dedicated to improving community health through our Comprehensive Health Clinic (CHC) in Ghazni Province’s Waghaz District, located on the Kabul-Kandahar Highway, Mainly Known as Naani Bazaar.

Our CHC Clinic in Ghazni Province is a beacon of hope for those in need of quality healthcare services. Built by Hojajullah Jalal Foundation for individuals in need, the clinic provides a wide range of medical services, including primary care, maternal health, child health, and preventive care. We prioritize accessibility and affordability, ensuring that all members of the community have access to essential healthcare services.

Upon the completion of the project, a one health card will be provided to needy individuals. This health card will grant access to healthcare services, and after one year, if the individual is unable to pay, the card will be renewed to ensure continued access to healthcare. The CHC stands for Comprehensive Health Clinic, emphasizing our commitment to providing holistic healthcare services to the community.
