Jalal Charity Hospital, currently under construction, will be located adjacent to the Jalal Business Center on the Kabul-Kandahar Highway in Ghazni Province, near the Jalal Business Center. Upon completion of the construction, the Hojajullah Jalal Charity Foundation will provide a list of economically disadvantaged citizens to the hospital administration. Those individuals will receive a one-year health card from the charity foundation, entitling them to free treatment at the hospital during that period. If their economic situation remains dire after one year, the health cards will be renewed.
